Observe that the patient’s chin does not present any projection and the nose stays very prominent because of the horizontal deficiency of the chin. In those cases there was an horizontal distance among lower and upper teeth which allowed the mandibular advancement. The case was treated by Le Fort I osteotomy to the maxilla and bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy to the mandible.
