Orthognathic surgery for facial asymmetry correction

The facial asymmetry was corrected with maxillary (Le Fort I osteotomy) and mandibular (bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy) surgeries. Thus, there was a rotation of the arches which allowed the alignment of the face along with a good positioning when forehead, nose, and chin midlines are compared.
